Portal Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this covers

Inmate Networking Group DBA ING LLC, doing business as ING Staffing (“ING,” “we,” or “us”), operates the ING Staffing Partner Portal. This policy covers personal and business information handled through the ING website, portal and its authorized integrations. It does not replace a separate notice provided for a background check, benefit, third-party account, or other service.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, portal information may include:

• Account and contact details, such as name, email, phone number, company membership, role and account identifiers.
• Workforce and assignment records, including staffing requests, qualifications, certifications and uploaded documents, availability, assignments, submitted hours, approvals, disputes and related notes.
• Work photos and supporting metadata. Where a timekeeping feature requests location, information may include coordinates, accuracy and the source or availability of location. Photo files may retain embedded metadata, including location. Current uploads note EXIF presence but do not reliably extract GPS or capture time.
• Billing, accounting and payroll records made available for authorized portal functions, such as invoice records, pay periods, hours and record status.
• Sign-in and technical information, including session identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, and records needed to operate and protect the service.
• Requests, support messages and referral information you or an authorized participant provide.

Some information comes from you; some comes from authorized ING staff, assignment participants, or a connected service. Only information needed for the applicable workflow should be submitted.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and authorized access; administer staffing and assignments; review qualifications; record and reconcile time; support billing and workforce administration; respond to questions; maintain records; and detect or investigate errors and misuse.

Location and work-photo information supports the relevant timekeeping or assignment record. Location is requested when you clock in or out, rather than tracked continuously. If permission is unavailable or declined, the feature requests alternative photo evidence. Contact ING if you need help with that process.

QuickBooks information

An authorized ING administrator may connect ING’s QuickBooks company using Intuit’s authorization process. The portal receives the company identifier, authorization tokens and accounting information needed for enabled functions. It does not ask you to provide your QuickBooks password to ING.

We use connected QuickBooks information only to operate the authorized accounting and work-record functions. We do not sell it, provide it to unrelated parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train generative models.

The Billing page provides a Disconnect control. Disconnecting removes the portal’s active stored connection credentials and stops use of that connection. The portal also requests revocation from Intuit; if Intuit does not confirm it, remove the app from your QuickBooks connected apps. Previously imported records are handled under the retention section; disconnecting does not delete the QuickBooks company or cancel its subscription.

Who receives information

Information is available to ING personnel who need it for an authorized function. Relevant assignment or company participants may receive records needed to review their own assignments, time or business relationship. Account permissions govern access; another user’s sign-in does not authorize access to your private account.

Service providers may process information to host the portal, store data, deliver authorized communications, or provide an enabled accounting or workforce connection. GoDaddy Airo hosts the portal. Intuit processes information associated with the QuickBooks connection. A Rippling connection would process workforce information only after it is separately configured and authorized.

We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, protect accounts and records, or respond to an authorized request. We do not sell portal personal information.

Cookies, security and your choices

The portal uses sign-in cookies and related session information to keep you signed in and control access. Blocking these cookies may prevent portal functions from working. With your consent, the public website loads GoDaddy analytics to measure visits and site usage. The provider may receive page, browser/device and network information. Decline to keep optional analytics disabled; use Cookie preferences below to change your choice. Analytics is disabled on private portal pages. No advertising script was observed in the publication audit; enabling advertising would require a reviewed notice and appropriate choice before collection.

We use HTTPS for portal connections and limit access through account permissions. Keep your own credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. No service can guarantee complete security. QuickBooks connection tokens and company identifiers are encrypted in active database storage. Backups and legally required imported records follow their applicable retention and access controls.

Retention and requests

We retain information for as long as needed for the relevant work or business relationship, required records, resolving disputes, and protecting the service. Different records may have different retention periods. A deletion request does not require deletion of records ING must keep or needs for an existing legal obligation or dispute.

Contact ING to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about a particular record’s retention. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will explain applicable limits rather than promise immediate deletion of all workforce or accounting records.
