ING STAFFING · PARTNER PORTAL
Portal Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
Who operates the portal
The ING Staffing Partner Portal is operated by Inmate Networking Group DBA ING LLC, doing business as ING Staffing (“ING,” “we,” or “us”). These terms cover use of our portal and its connected accounting features. Our privacy policy explains how portal information is handled.
Your permission to use the portal
ING gives authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the portal for their work or business relationship with ING. Skilled Partners may access the records and tools made available to their accounts. Industry Partners may use the tools available for their authorized company or assignments. Administrative tools are restricted to authorized ING personnel.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the portal software or give you access to another person’s or company’s private records.
Accounts and accurate records
Use your own authorized account, keep sign-in details private, and notify ING promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Submit accurate time, assignment, certification, staffing and billing information. Report errors or disputed records promptly using the portal’s review process or by contacting ING.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide. Do not attempt to bypass account permissions, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software, or access or disclose someone else’s private records.
Information and files you submit
You retain your rights in materials you submit. You authorize ING to receive, store, display to authorized participants, and use those materials to operate the portal and administer your relationship with ING. This includes reviewing certifications, reconciling time, documenting assignments, responding to requests, and administering billing or workforce records.
Upload work photos only when authorized and appropriate for the assignment. Avoid including unrelated people, confidential customer material or personal information that the task does not require.
QuickBooks and other connected services
Only an authorized ING administrator may authorize the portal’s connection to ING’s QuickBooks company. Connecting permits the accounting operations described in the authorization flow and available portal features. This integration is for invoice, accounting and approved work-record workflows; it does not process card or ACH payments through the Intuit Payments API.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices. You must be authorized to use accounts you connect. A connection does not make ING an agent of Intuit or authorize unrelated financial transactions. Rippling or another workforce connection operates only when separately configured and authorized.
The Billing page provides connection controls. Disconnecting stops the portal’s use of that connection; it does not cancel your third-party account or automatically erase records that must be retained.
Service availability and changes
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connection problems or third-party service interruptions. The portal does not guarantee placement, uninterrupted access or completion of a payroll or financial transaction. Contact ING if a deadline or inaccurate record needs attention.
ING may restrict portal access when needed to protect information, investigate misuse, or reflect changes in an authorized assignment or account. Contact ING to request access to records you need if your portal access ends.
Your existing agreements and rights
These portal terms do not change your agreed pay, employment status, staffing contract, safety obligations, or rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Existing written employment or staffing agreements govern those subjects. Portal access alone does not authorize a change to them.
Updates and contact
ING will identify the effective date of published updates. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate portal notice or another available contact channel.
